On this album she collaborates with Doug Wimbish and Skip McDonald from Tackhead, with Adrian Sherwood at the controls, to concoct an album of dub-inflected dance pop, underpinned by breakbeat shuffle and basslines to make you move. The super catchy “I Think Of You” set domestic drudgery to a sensual R&B swing, and has become a staple in the boxes of more adventurous DJs.
